Lower Three Arch Bay has really seen a surge in real estate prices as record sales have hit this summer.  Within the last month a $10 million dollar home sold located at 11 La Senda and was only on the market for 10 days.  This was an oceanfront home that was built in 1932 and has gone through renovations in the past and featured 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms located on a 12,197 square foot lot.  It was only on the market for one day and sold due to it's prime location in Lower Three Arch Bay.  Earlier this year another oceanfront home was sold for a record price of $8,500,000 to celebrity Lauren Conrad from the MTV reality show "Laguna Beach."

Main Beach homes are located near the Main Beach Park and beach area near the center of Laguna Beach.  This is the true meeting spot for many who live in Laguna Beach with it's wide open views of the sandy beach and Pacific Ocean and the famous lighthouse that resides on Main Beach.  Homes that are found in this area will offer close proximity to the beach but will rarely have a huge ocean views due to the low topography of the area.  Finding a home here with an ocean view will command a premium in price as view and location are the most desirable items when looking for a home in Laguna Beach.
