Table Rock is a great place to find ocean view and ocean front condos for sale in South Laguna Beach.   The condos were built in 1960 and are made up of one to two bedroom condos that range from 800 to 1,400 square feet.  For many, the size of these condos is on the small side when comparing other oceanfront condos in the area but the location and views definitely make up for it.  The community features a nice clubhouse that comes equipped with a workout room, pool table and library.  In addition, there is a community pool and spa as well for residents.  There are a total of 46 units in this complex and homeowners association dues average $376 a month.
