Emerald Bay Community Amenities

Emerald Bay is one of the top communities here in Laguna Beach and offers a wide range of community amenities for it's residents.  Situated in the north section of Laguna Beach on a private beach is the exclusive community known as "Emerald Bay" that is home to approximately 500 homes.  This is a gated community that only allow access to those who live here and their guests.  Many ask about visiting the beach at Emerald Bay but there is not public access to this beach and the only way to gain access is by boat if you don't live in the community.  The video here explains some of the community amenities found in Emerald Bay.

For starters, Emerald Bay offers a 24 hour guard gate that creates a safe and friendly environment for those who live there.  Within the gate you will find 6 tennis courts located on both sides of Pacific Coast Hwy, community pool, spa and large clubhouse.  There is even scheduled activities for all age groups year around and is especially a big hit for children during the summer months.  On the sand there is beach volleyball and a children's play area.  Association dues currently run $600.00 a month which are paid annually.  There are also plenty of hiking & biking trails from Emerald Bay and it even has it's own private fire station.  For more information about this great community please contact us at 949-525-1151 today.
