Aliso Laguna Laguna Beach

A really unique place to find rentals in the Laguna Beach area is a small complex called Aliso Laguna.  If you are familiar with Laguna Beach then imagine walking up the hill from the Montage Resort a few streets up and you will find a set of residential condos that will come on the market occasionally for sale and for lease.  The rental market in Laguna Beach has seen a sharp increase in demand in the last several of years which as a result and driven prices higher.  This is also true for the Aliso Laguna complex with one current rental listing that is on the market for $4,995 a month.  The landlord is looking for a 6 month lease which is ready for move-in now.  The condo features a total of two bedrooms with 1,106 square feet with peek ocean views.

The Laguna Beach market has really changed in the last 12 months with it being one of the hottest real estate markets as seen in the last 10 years.  There is currently a huge shortage of real estate inventory and a strong buyer demand which typically results in higher real estate prices with multiple buyers bidding on the same property.  The condo market in Laguna Beach is no exception to this with currently only 13 condos listed for sale that range from $664,900 for a two bedroom condo in the Terraces community up to $7,499,000 for a three bedroom condo in the upscale Montage Beach Villas community.  If you are new to Laguna Beach there are a couple things to consider when buying a condo here.
