One beautiful place to find beachfront properties in Laguna Beach, California is on the street known as "Circle Way."  The street is located in the Emerald Terrace community in North Laguna Beach and is a circular street with an approximate 20 properties.  Many of these homes will have some views of the ocean with 4 select homes located on the beach front as pictured below.  This is one of my favorite locations where the beach is only well known to locals with great views of the cliffs side and the Twin Points Estate to the south.

Circle Drive is a small street located in the South Laguna area of Laguna Beach.  The homes are located on a cliff formation that extends out to the Pacific Ocean as pictured below.  Thousands Steps Beach is located to the south of this community and the Woods Cove neighborhood located to the north.  The oceanfront views that can be found here are simply stunning with Contemporary and Mediterranean style homes that occupy the bluff.  Many of the homes located here share a private beach access which leads directly down to the beach with real estate prices normally starting above $5 million dollars for an ocean front property.  Over the years homes have been listed for north of $20 million dollars with a majority of the homes selling for under $10 million.

Woods Cove condominiums are located at 2175 S Coast Highway in Laguna Beach, California.  This is small condo building with 20 units that are located on the ocean side of highway 1 and just blocks to the beach.  Situated in the South Laguna area, Woods Cove condos offer some of the lowest priced view condos in all of Laguna Beach.  These condos rarely come on the market for sale but currently there are two condos listings currently on the market.

Laguna Beach is home to many historic homes that have many different designations.  The various categories were constructed by the City of Laguna Beach historic registry to show the historical significance of the home.  The ratings include e, k and c categories.  The first category is the "e" rating which stands for a property in Laguna Beach that is in excellent condition and very unique in it's architecture.  These are considered some of the best historic structures in Laguna Beach as the city places special attention on these homes to maintain the current condition and historic integrity.  The second rating is the "k" category which means the home is in a good condition and is consistent with the architectural style that the home was built under.  The
