Ocean Front Beach cottages in Laguna Beach are older historic homes that were built in the early 1910's to 1920's and located directly on the beach front.  These types of homes still exist and rarely come on the market.  A perfect example is a new listing that just came on the market and located in the Laguna Village area.  It has been family owned for nearly 95 years which is truly incredible! 

I had a chance to preview the home today and it was really a unique piece of real estate.  The property sits on Coast Hwy and has two separate parcels that consist of an apartment and garages that front Coast Hwy and are zoned commercial.  The 2 bedroom beach cottage is located on the beach front and has the views as pictured above. The Temple Hills area in Laguna Beach has just got a lot more expensive due to one of the new listings located at 2095 Temple Hills.  I had the opportunity to preview this nearly $12.888 million dollar home and the home is very large at 7,000 square feet.  The views are very interesting as it looks down the canyon area on the south side of the Temple Hills area and offers a private driveway down to the home with direct view of the ocean.

Some of the most unique contemporary homes in Laguna Beach have been designed and built by local architect Mark Singer.  His homes are distinctly ultra Contemporary and are some of the most beautiful designs in Laguna Beach.  A new listing has just come on the market this week that is a 2006 year built Mark Signer contemporary home.  Located in the South Laguna area is the a home located at 22401 3rd Ave.  The home is situated the top of a very private drive and has a dramatic entry as pictured below.

The Three Arch Bay community has seen a huge number of homes come on the market in the last week.  In the last 7 days we have seen a total of 5 new listings that have come on the market in the Laguna Beach gated community that is known as "Three Arch Bay."  This is a very desirable community in Laguna Beach that normally only has a small selection of homes on the market at any given time.  A home located at 110 S La Send just came on the market a little over two weeks ago for $8,495,000 and went into escrow after being on the market for just one short week.  The home was a single level home that was located at the very south point and had amazing views of the Three Arch Bay as pictured below.  Prime properties are still high in demand even in this price
