The Laguna Lido is one of the most expensive condo buildings in all of Laguna Beach and the best place to find oceanfront and ocean view condos for sale.  Located directly on the sand at 31755 Coast Highway are two stand alone buildings located on both the upper and lower level.  The two buildings are separated by the community pool as pictured below.  Condos rarely come on the market in this complex, especially in the lower level where condos have recently been sold up to $3 million dollars earlier this year.

The Laguna Royale building is located at 31423 Coast Hwy in Laguna Beach and is one of the largest condo buildings to be found in this small beach town. The condos offer a wide range of ocean views depending on where the condo is located. The complex is located directly on the ocean front and offers a total of 78 units. The building is secure with a guard gated entrance, subterranean underground parking and an on site property manager.

It’s important to understand the layout of the building and how different locations will offer different views. There are two upper levels that are recessed back from the lower level unit with a large roof top patio area that is part of the view from these upper units. The Table Rock beach area is located in the South Laguna Bluffs area is one of the best kept secrets for finding incredible ocean view properties in Laguna Beach, California.  Located off Pacific Coast Highway is a small street known as Table Rock Drive.  This is a very small and winding street that doesn't invite many cars to pass through unless one lives in this area.  The area get's it's name from the oceanfront condo complex known as Table Rock that sits directly on a large parcel on bedrock that jets out into the ocean.  These are million dollar plus condos that rarely come on the market.
