One of the most famous and true landmark estate home has gone on the market for $75 million according to the Wall Street Journal.  The home is located in the upscale North Laguna area and features two points that span 74,052 square feet according to Realist Tax records.  The name "Twin Points" gets it's name from the two separate sections of land that stretch out into the Pacific Ocean.  The estate has been family owned since 1930 when the estate was purchased by the Contino family.  This is a true prize real estate offering and a one of a kind property.
