The Real Estate market in Laguna Beach has been really crazy over the last several years which is leaving many to wonder how long this real estate boom will last. The Blue Lagoon condo community is a great place to find short term vacation rental property in the heart of Laguna Beach near the 5 star Montage Resort.  This is one of the oldest and iconic gated condo tracts in Laguna Beach that was built in the mid 1960's that offers a good variety of ocean view and oceanfront condos that are located very close to the beach.  We receive a lot of calls from clients who are looking to spend one or two months in Laguna Beach and know that this area of Laguna Beach is a prime location that is within walking distance to local shopping, restaurants and stunning beaches.
