In the winter time most rental properties will base their rental rates on a monthly basis but in the summer time the rates typically change to weekly rates. Laguna Beach vacation rental homeowners can make 2-4 times more money on a monthly basis in the summer than winter months. For example, an ocean front home in Laguna Beach will run around $14,000 a month during the winter months. In the summer months, this rate will typically change to $5,500 a week which is substantially higher. This reason this happens due to the huge demand for rental homes in Laguna Beach during the summer months as many come here to…

If you have ever visited Laguna Beach then you will be familiar with the Heisler Park area of Laguna Beach.  Heisler Park is located just north of Main Beach in the North Laguna area.  The park stretches along side Cliff Drive with beautiful ocean view homes and wide open greenbelt spaces that overlook some of the most breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline.  Homes and condos surrounding this area of Laguna Beach always command a premium in price do to the close proximity to the beach and ocean.  Our Laguna Beach site has narrowed down this specific area and showcases all available homes in the immediate area of Heisler Park (see attached photo below).  A good example of this is a new Laguna Beach ocean view home that just came on the market that
