The condos offer a wide range of ocean views depending on where the condo is located. The complex is located directly on the ocean front and offers a total of 78 units. The building is secure with a guard gated entrance, subterranean underground parking and an on site property manager.

It’s important to understand the layout of the building and how different locations will offer different views. The Table Rock beach area is located in the South Laguna Bluffs area is one of the best kept secrets for finding incredible ocean view properties in Laguna Beach, California.  Located off Pacific Coast Highway is a small street known as Table Rock Drive.  This is a very small and winding street that doesn't invite many cars to pass through unless one lives in this area.  The area get's it's name from the oceanfront condo complex known as Table Rock that sits directly on a large parcel on bedrock that jets out into the ocean.  These are million dollar plus condos that rarely come on the market.

The North Laguna Beach area has a section just north of the downtown area that is commonly referred to as the "Tree Streets" Neighborhood.  The community get it's name after the street names that are derived from various tree names.  Popular names like locust, poplar and cypress are just some the street names you will find in this community.  The area is filled with mature landscaping and are located within a three to four block radius to the beach.  Select homes in this area will have nice views of the ocean but for the most part the views will be block by other homes located in front of them.

The Wind and Sea apartment complex is located at 763 S Coast Hwy in Laguna Beach, California.  This is a small building located near retail stores near the downtown area of Laguna Beach.  The 9 individual units in this complex are studio apartments that were originally built in 1930 and average 500 square feet of living space.  Over the years these apartments have leased anywhere between $1,695 to $3,000 a month with select units offering great ocean views.

Lower Three Arch Bay has really seen a surge in real estate prices as record sales have hit this summer.  Within the last month a $10 million dollar home sold located at 11 La Senda and was only on the market for 10 days.  This was an oceanfront home that was built in 1932 and has gone through renovations in the past and featured 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms located on a 12,197 square foot lot.  It was only on the market for one day and sold due to it's prime location in Lower Three Arch Bay.  Earlier this year another oceanfront home was sold for a record price of $8,500,000 to celebrity Lauren Conrad from the MTV reality show "Laguna Beach."
