The Laguna Pacifica building is located in the heart of the downtown Laguna Beach area and is an ideal place to find a beach rental. The four story building is located at 100 Cliff Dr and features one to two bedroom units that often rent in the $2,500 a month range. Built in 1965, the Laguna Pacifica is one of the iconic buildings in the downtown area and offers condos strictly for lease.
The condos that have come up in the last year for lease have been nicely updated with granite counters, hardwood flooring and custom lighting. The building has a huge common deck area for all the tenants to use as well as a dedicated laundry room. The best part of this building is being able to walk outside your front door and immediately be surrounded by restaurants, galleries and shopping in the downtown area. The beach is ideally located just two blocks away and is an easy 5 minute walk.
Most of the rentals in the building with include water, trash and gardening service in the rent payment. Pets are allowed and based on approval from the landlord when submitting an application. The building is located in the prime North Laguna area where rentals are at a premium price.
