            <description> <![CDATA[ It's almost Summer time here in Laguna Beach and rental properties are quickly changing to their summer rates which means higher prices.  In the winter time most rental properties will base their rental rates on a monthly basis but in the summer time the rates typically change to weekly rates.  Laguna Beach vacation rental homeowners can make 2-4 times more money on a monthly basis in the summer than winter months.  For example, an ocean front home in Laguna Beach will run around $14,000 a month during the winter months.  In the summer months, this rate will typically change to $5,500 a week which is substantially higher.  This reason this happens due to the huge demand for rental homes in Laguna Beach during the summer months as many come here to vacation. Laguna Beach is home to many condo buildings that have various homeowners association (HOA) dues.  Many Laguna Beach condo owners can pay association dues as high $1,600 a month so finding condos that have low HOA dues can be really tough if you don't know where to look.  If you are in the market to find a condo with HOA dues under $250 a month then working with a local realtor is the key.  Most of these condos are located in smaller building that can afford not to charge a large amount for the monthly dues.  A perfect example of this are the condos located at 2442 S Coast Hwy that feature 8 luxury condos that have just been recently renovated and feature great ocean views from select condos and have a home owners association due of $250 a month.  One of the best deals we found in Laguna Beach was 245 Aster St 14 that is a one bedroom one bath condo with a homeowners association due of $142 a month!  If you feel like you are paying to much in monthly dues you may want to reconsider moving to a different location here in Laguna Beach.  Our local marketplace here in Laguna Beach has never seen such a better opportunity to buy so we encourage you to contact us today.
