Laguna Beach estate homes are can be found in many different areas of Laguna Beach but if you are in the market for a luxury estate home in a gated community we recommend the following neighborhoods: Three Arch Bay, Emerald Bay & Irvine Cove.

Ocean View homes are plentiful here in Laguna Beach with the natural hillside topography that you will find throughout the city.  If you are looking for an ocean view property near the beach then expect prices to go up significantly.  This is especially true for finding an ocean view property in a premier gated community like Three Arch Bay, Emerald Bay and Irvine Cove.  Irvine Cove is located on the Laguna Beach & Newport Beach boarder next to the Crystal Cove state beach.  The Irvine Cove area is a smaller community homes to roughly 110 homes that are located on both the west and east sides of the coast highway. Irvine Cove is one of the premier and one of the most expensive communities in Laguna Beach with home prices ranging from $3,999,000 to $18,800,000.  The community is split into two parts with a community on the west and east side of Pacific Coast Highway.  A small tunnel that goes under Pacific Coast Highway connects the two communities where you will find beachfront, oceanfront and ocean view homes.  The cliffs surround the bay to create a very private setting where no visitors are allowed to the beach.  The homes are typically single level homes to maximize the ocean views.  If you are in the market for a luxury home then Irvine Cove in addition to Emerald Bay will be your best bet for finding a luxury Laguna Beach home.   For more information on the…
