Arch Beach Heights is one of my favorite areas in Laguna Beach.  For starters, some of the best deals can be found here as real estate prices tend to be a lot less than other communities in the Laguna Beach area.  Arch Beach Heights is located at the very top of the hill in the Laguna Village area just south of the main downtown area.  The homes are typically two to three stories with many of the homes offering views of the ocean.  As noted in previous blogs, you will find a high concentration of contemporary/modern buildings in this area.  This is a high density area so homes are typically not located on large lots as much of the square footage of the homes are based on a tall vertical shape of the home.

The Upper Diamond community in Laguna Beach is ideally situated in the heart of Laguna Beach in the Laguna Village area.  The ocean and coastline views are some of the best views you will find in Laguna Beach as pictured below.  The homes are nestled close to each other and the roads are winding as you make your way up the hill but the end result is the stunning views you get to enjoy.  The homes currently start at just under $2,000,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with 2,800 square feet and go as high as $3,595,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with 3,800 square feet.  Select homes in the area will have 3 car garages and separate guest houses with a majority of the homes built in the Mediterranean and Cottage styles.
