Victoria Beach Rentals

One of the best places to find rental homes in the Laguna Beach area is a neighborhood called Victoria Beach.  This is especially true for those looking for a short term rental as many of the homes are being rented on a monthly basis.  We did a quick search and did find some that were wanting a 12 month lease but the vast majority were looking for lease terms much shorter than that.  Victoria Beach has a unique location that offers beach front and ocean views homes that are within a short distance to the beach.  One of the biggest tourist attractions in this neighborhood is the historic lighthouse that is pictured below that brings a lot of people to this area.  It's also one of the fewest places in Laguna Beach where you will find homes located directly on the sand which is getting hard to find here.  

Furnished short term rentals in Laguna Beach typically have different price points depending on the time of the year.  For example, summer months tend to be higher than winter months as most people vacation in Laguna Beach during the summer.  The highest rates tend to be located in the months of June, July and August with some years September as well.  The best deals can be found during the Winter Months excluding major holidays so months like October, November and December are excellent times to visit Laguna Beach.  This is also true for months like January, February and March which I believe are some of the best times since the weather is typically very nice and the number of tourists is much lower than what you would find during the summer months.  We have compiled all of the rentals found in Victoria Beach here below.  Please call us at 949-355-1622 or leave a comment below if you are looking to rent a home in the Laguna Beach area.
