Upper Bluebird Canyon Homes

The Upper Bluebird Canyon area of Laguna Beach is located high on a hill that often offers wonderful ocean and sunset views from many of the homes located here.  Located on the south side of the Canyon from the Temple Hills area is what is commonly referred to as the Upper Bluebird Canyon area.  It gets it's name from the street Bluebird Canyon which starts just a couple blocks up the hill from Pacific Coast Highway and runs to almost the top of the hill.  The area tends to be more rural than other parts of Laguna Beach with historic properties that were built close to the turn of the century.  Homes do come on the market here and are normally priced in the mid $1.5 million range for a 2,000 square foot house with mountain and canyon views.  Ocean view properties in this area will command a premium in price and will be listed slightly higher for roughly the same size home.
