Three Arch Bay Rentals

Every year we get a lot of rental requests for those wanting to vacation in the Laguna Beach area during the summer months. This year was especially busy due to COVID as many of our clients wanted to get out of the current home and stay in a much nicer place while still being in California. One of the top communities that was most requested was the Three Arch Bay community. Three Arch Bay is one of the top gated communities in Laguna Beach which is located on the south end of town. It's one of the few neighborhoods in Laguna Beach that has two different sections to it with two separate guard gates. Every time I have visited this community the security has been very strict and access is only allowed for owners and their guests. Many people try to gain access to the beach here but this is not allowed since it's a gated community.
Rental prices will vary depending if the home is a long term lease of 12 months or a monthly vacation rental property. First, for those considering living here full time expect to find rates starting at $5,000 dollars and up. 47 S La Senda leased out in July of 2019 for $5,000 a month and was a two bedroom home with approximately 1,681 square feet. It's important to keep in mind that ocean view homes will command a premium in price and will typically start at around $7,000 a month for a long term lease. A perfect example of this is the home located at 22 Vista Del Sol that leased for $7,000 a month in January of 2020. Ocean front homes are the most expensive rentals in Three Arch Bay with the most recent rental at 50 N La Senda Drive which leased out for $29,000 a month as a long term lease. Vacation rental prices can really vary and typically go up during the high season summer months so expect to pay a premium above the long term rental rates if you are only going to be staying there one month.
