Three Arch Bay Laguna Beach Real Estate Market Trends Update

If you are thinking about buying a luxury home in the Three Arch Bay community it's important to know what has sold in recent months.  For those not familiar with Laguna Beach Real Estate, Three Arch Bay is a upper end 24 hour guard gated community on the south side of Laguna Beach with oceanfront, ocean and coastline view homes.  Currently there are 20 listings on the market in Three Arch Bay ranging from $750,000 to $19,500,000.   Three of these homes are currently in escrow for the properties listed for $750.000, $2,395,000 and $8,988,000.  The two properties listed at $750,000 and $2,395,000 are ocean view properties located in the Upper Three Arch Bay community.  Finding a home in Three Arch Bay in the mid $700,000 range is a tremendous value for the luxury community.  The final property in escrow at $8,988,000 is an oceanfront property located on the lower Three Arch Bay side.  For the month of June we had 1 one sale in Three Arch Bay.  114 S La Senda Drive was an ocean view property that sold for $7,500,000 and featured stunning ocean and coastline views with a reported 4,250 square feet of luxury living space.  In May we saw three home sales between $1,600,000 to $6,000,000.  We are encourage with the market in Three Arch Bay even though June saw only one home sale.  The three properties currently in escrow with be solid sales for the community and keep the Three Arch Bay market alive and well.  For more information on Three Arch Bay homes and Laguna Beach Real Estate please consult with any of our Laguna Beach Real Estates today at 949-355-1622.
