The Temple Hills area in Laguna Beach has just got a lot more expensive due to one of the new listings located at 2095 Temple Hills. I had the opportunity to preview this nearly $12.888 million dollar home and the home is very large at 7,000 square feet. The views are very interesting as it looks down the canyon area on the south side of the Temple Hills area and offers a private driveway down to the home with direct view of the ocean.
The Master suite is located on the upstairs level with main entertainments spaces located on the entry floor. Downstairs features a theater room, workout room and plenty of room to relax. The home was nice but I was a little shocked by the price considering most homes in the area normally sell between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Granted, the home is nearly 7,000 square feet compared to most homes in the neighborhood are 2,000 to 4,000 square feet.
Some of the nice features of the home included a 1,500 bottle wine room, 3 car garage, smart home automation, infinity edge pool, large private gated entry and even an area dedicated to grow wine! In this price range a buyer has a lot of options so It will be interesting to see what the home eventually will sell for.
