Temple Hills Drive Laguna Beach Homes

One of the premier streets in Laguna Beach when looking for an ocean view is Temple Hills Drive. Real Estate prices in the Temple Drive community currently start just under $2.4 million dollars for mid-century modern one story ocean view home with three bedrooms, two bath and over 1,800 square feet of living space. This is a pretty good price point for Laguna Beach considering it does have nice ocean views and location on a premier street in Laguna Beach. What makes this area unique is it's hillside location that is one of the closest to the Downtown Laguna Beach area that is often referred to as the "Village" area of Laguna Beach. If you have every spent any time in this area you know it's the hub of Laguna Beach with a lot of art galleries, restaurants and excellent retail shopping.
One thing to keep in mind when looking for a home in Laguna Beach is that you will find a lot of wonderful ocean view homes that are located very high up in the hills. Communities like Top of the World and Arch Beach Heights are perfect example of this. These are wonderful homes with spectacular homes but the drive can be exhausting at times with a lot of curving roads that lead up to the top of the hill. Real Estate prices are often less affordable at the very top of these neighborhoods when compared with those located near the beach because of the long and winding drive. Temple Hills Drive is no exception as it can take a long drive to get to the very top. My personal recommendation would be to look for a home that is located in the lower to mid-level of Temple Hills Drive so you can still enjoy the wonderful views and also be located within a short driving distance to the Village area and the beach.
