We recently had a client who was interested in purchasing a condo in the Laguna Lido complex in Laguna Beach.  The listing had mentioned that the condo was on a leasehold interest.  The listing broker remarks on the listing goes on to say that the "Sellers (Lessees) have the LEASE HOLD Interest until 2059". It goes on to say that the "Lessee pays for HOA, Annual Lease fee of $11,643,21. plus Taxes, Insurance and Utilities. The Laguna Lido has recently updated their pet policy when it comes to those who are planning to rent a condo in the complex.  This includes those looking to do a long term lease and those looking for vacation rentals as well.  According to several owners in the building the policy does not effect owners who live there as they are still allowed to have pets.  The rule takes aim at those looking to rent at the Laguna Lido as renters are not allowed to have pets.  We recently had some clients who were looking to rent the property for one month in the summer time and were told by multiple owners that the new policy does not allow for them to have pets, only for the owners.

Fisherman's Cove is a popular diving location in the North Laguna Beach area.  It is also one of the most scenic spots in Laguna with rugged cliffs against the sandy beach.  The cove is a rather small area so there is just a small handfull of properties that overlook this famous cove.

A 2.5 Million Dollar Table Rock condo has just came on the market today in Laguna Beach, California.  For those not familiar with Laguna Beach, Table Rock is an oceanfront condo complex that sits majestically on a cliff that extends out to the ocean.

Table Rock is a great place to find ocean view and ocean front condos for sale in South Laguna Beach.   The condos were built in 1960 and are made up of one to two bedroom condos that range from 800 to 1,400 square feet.  For many, the size of these condos is on the small side when comparing other oceanfront condos in the area but the location and views definitely make up for it.  The community features a nice clubhouse that comes equipped with a workout room, pool table and library.  In addition, there is a community pool and spa as well for residents.  There are a total of 46 units in this complex and homeowners association dues average $376 a month.
