If you are in the market to find an oceanfront condo in Laguna Beach then you may be suprised to learn that the available oceanfront condo market is at historic lows. Currently there are just 5 oceanfront condos on the market in Laguna Beach. These condos are located in the Laguna Royale, Laguna Lido and one condo at 631 Cliff Drive in Laguna Beach. 

The Laguna Royale is a condo building that is home to 78 condos. A small majority of these condos are full time residents with the rest of them used as second residences.
