We love the history of Laguna Beach and the original homes that were built here in the early 1920's.  Yesterday, a wonderful historic beach cottage came up for sale that was built in 1926 and is located in the Laguna Village area listed for $949,000.  If you love historical homes then Laguna Beach is your town!  Currently, there are 79 historic homes for sale that were built before 1950 with a mix of beach cottages, spanish colonial, mediterranean,tuscan style and ocean view homes.  Most of the small beach cottages will be under 1,000 square feet and typically have two to three bedrooms.  Parking is also a premium in Laguna Beach with most historic homes having a one car garage is a luxury.  For more information on historic Laguna Beach homes for sale…
