Laguna Village Newer Construction Homes

The Laguna Village area is one of the closest neighborhoods to the beach in the downtown area.  Many of the homes were first built here starting in the early 1900's and slowly built up through the mid 1950's through 1970's.  There has been a trend lately to tear down some of the original homes and build newer construction homes in place of them.  This is happening all throughout Laguna Beach and the Village area is starting to see several of these homes come on the market for sale.

From a re-sale prospective these homes will always hold it's value due to the close proximity to the beach and the downtown area.  If you have ever been to the downtown area you know that it's always very busy with many tourists visiting the beach, downtown shopping and quality restaurants.  Residents pay a premium to be close to all of this activity which tends to be the hub of Laguna Beach.  Real Estate prices for newer homes built from 2015 currently start at $2,199,000 for a four bedroom, four bath home with 2,510 square feet of living space.  The home was designed by local architect Mark Abel and features beautiful wood beamed ceilings in the living room and an open concept that combines both the living room and kitchen spaces.  Other notable homes on the market right now for sale include a stunning four bedroom, six bath ocean view home with over 4,400 square feet of living space.  The home was designed to incorporate indoor and outdoor space and is currently listed for sale at $5,995,000 and located at 438 Bent Street in Laguna Beach.
