Laguna Seacliff Oceanfront Condos

The Laguna Seacliff building sits on a rock formation that is set out in the Pacific Ocean and offers two bedroom condos that can have some of the best oceanfront views to be found in Laguna Beach, California.  The condo complex was originally built in 1960 and at the time was a premier place to live on the water.  Situated in the plush North Laguna Beach neighborhood and on the oceanfront street "Cliff Drive" is a truly unique spot.  With local building codes and Coastal commission regulations a building like this could not be built in today's age.

The complex offers a secure gated entrance and once inside there is a central community pool, underground parking and a variety of units located on the lower and upper levels of the building.  Fisherman's Cove is located directly below direct access to the beach.  The units have a nice open floor plan with outdoor decks, expansive ocean view windows, french doors and gourmet kitchens.  The location is next to the walking trail that leads to Heisler park and the various restaurants and galleries located in this immediate area.

Real Estate prices in the last two years have consistently seen sales well above the $2 million dollar price point for a two bedroom, 1,000 square feet ocean front unit.  This is a great complex with an on-site manager, central community courtyard and laundry room.  Monthly association dues currently run $550.00 a month and include water and use of the community pool.  Pets are allowed in this building with strict rules from the association.  Condos rarely come on the market with an average one to two units a year listed for sale.  For more information on buying an oceanfront condo in Laguna Beach please call us at 949-355-1622 today.
