Laguna Sands Pet Policy

Laguna Sands arguably offers one of the best oceanfront locations in Laguna Beach with condos located just steps to the sandy beach. Condos are available here for both sale and for lease and provide residents with quintessential beach living. We get a lot of calls for both buyers and renters interested in living in Laguna Sands and wanting to know the pet policy. The Laguna Sands complex does allow for pets will the following guidelines. The general guideline from the association management company has been set to be no more than 2 pets per residence. This number is open to variance and is up to the association to make that decision for that number to be less or more for any resident. The association also has say on to the size and weight limit of the pet and if the pet is nuisance to other owners. It's also understood that the pets be kept in an enclosed area or on a leash which is pretty standard for most condo living. As with having a pet it's important to pick up after them and any owner may be liable for damage or excessive noise cause by the pet. Currently, Laguna Sands condos are listed for sale starting at $1,395,000 for a one bedroom, one bath condo with an approximate 850 square feet of living space. Real Estate prices go as high as $1,999,000 for a three bedroom unit with an approximate 1,448 square feet. Rentals are also available here starting at $9,000 a month. Keep in mind that this rate is for off season months while the high season summer months go up to $11,500 for this particular three bedroom unit. It's important to consider that Laguna Sands does not allow short term rentals for a one month period and requires at least a 3 month rental. This was put in place to stop the transient weekly and monthly rentals that you may find in other parts of Laguna Beach. Laguna Sands has a lot to offer with a fantastic roof top deck, oceanfront community pool, secure underground parking and a gated entrance.
