Many people are asking if it is a good time to invest in Laguna Beach real estate?  The following information was collected from Trulia.com which evaluates the Laguna Beach Real Estate market. The median sales price for homes in Laguna Beach CA for Jan 11 to Mar 11 was $912,500.
