Laguna Beach Homes Under $700,000

Finding a home under $700,000 in Laguna Beach can be tricky but it's still possible in certain neighborhoods.  The Terraces community in Laguna Beach is the first place we always recommend to look when someone wants to find a home in this price range.  Technically located in Laguna Beach but really more like being in the city of Aliso Viejo is a community situated near the 73 freeway off the Laguna Canyon road.  Living her gets you a Laguna Beach address which is very valuable for many as children get to attend schools in the Laguna Beach school district.  It's still a bit of a commute everyday to the downtown area of Laguna Beach so if you are looking for something in the heart of the city then the Terraces may not be the right community for you.  A lot of the two bedroom townhouses located here will be in the $600,000 range with an average of 1,300 to 1,500 square feet properties.  There is a large community pool and spa here with monthly dues around $397.00 a month.

Another great place to look is in the North Laguna area.  These condos run in the low $700,000 range and offer a short walk to the beach location.  These are also 2 bedroom condos that range from around 800 to 1,100 square feet so living here is not as spacious as The Terraces.  However, you are located in the heart of the city and placed in the upscale North Laguna area that's a short distance to the Crystal Cove shopping center as well as the many restaurants and shopping in downtown Laguna Beach.  These also have monthly dues that average around $350 a month but do not have a community pool or spa as what you find at the Terraces.
