Everyone today is looking for the best deal when shopping for a home. Many out of state buyers who visit to California are often shocked by the real estate prices in comparison to the amount of land and home they are able to purchase. For those car enthusiasts, finding a home that has more than a four car garage can be tough and an expensive endeavor. This is especially true for beach properties in Laguna Beach. Since the topography of Laguna Beach is very limited to the amount of land that an individual home will sit on commands a premium price and ultimately the garage space gets over run by living square footage of the home. If you are looking for a home with at least a four car garage you will be surprised to learn that we found sixteen homes that fit this criteria. Home prices start at $2,275,000 and go up to $20 million dollars for an ocean front home in Emerald Bay which may be too expensive for some, but for others it's well worth the expense. We were excited to see a new home come on the market yesterday that features an 8 car garage that sits on a 5+ acre property and priced at $2,950,000! Homes that sit on this large of an acreage rarely come on the market so act quickly in this appreciating seller's market. For a complete list of homes that features four car garages please contact us today. We specialize in Laguna Beach Real Estate and look forward to assisting you!

bottom line is from a 1 to 10, laguna gets a 10, malibu gets a 9, and the rest between 6-8.5.
remenber, southern california has the most affluent beaches in america:

malibu, santa monica beach, venice beach, bellmont shores(within long beach), seal beach, huntington beach, newport beach, laguna beach, capistrano beach, and in san diego, black beach.

it's hard to beat southern california beaches, and of all choices, yes laguna is tops for it's the most affluent southern california beach. and not to mention pismo beach in central california, nice place, not far from hearst castle.

i thomas have been to many beaches in america, excluding myrtle beach, haven't heen there yet but have friends from columbia, and they have seen laguna beach and told me the comparison is close but laguna does top it.

any replies to my comment are welcome just be polite and i will be same.
