Laguna Beach 1 Bedroom Apartments For Lease

Laguna Beach is a great place to find smaller one bedroom apartments that are available for a Long Term lease. Long Term leases usually start at 12 month period as the landlord wants to make sure that the tenant is a good match for them and likewise the landlord is a good fit for the tenant. Normally after this period of time a long term lease can be negotiated. We often get requests for tenants looking for a 2 or 3 year lease period but in Southern California most landlords will not initially sign such a long contract with a tenant whom they have had no dealings with in the past. This is pretty much how it's done in California so we recommend starting out with a one year lease and making a decision after that time whether to renew the lease or not.
You will find the large majority of apartments available for lease in the downtown area. This is also considered the Laguna Village area and is great place to live with Main Beach at center stage along side many of the best restaurants in town. Of course, this is a heavily visited tourist area so expect a lot of foot traffic, especially during the high seasons summer months. One bedroom rentals currently start at $1,600 for an apartment in the Laguna Village area. For the most part homes in apartment buildings are built very close to each other so expect these apartments to be on the smaller size. Most of the one bedroom apartments will be around 400 to 600 square feet with large 700 square foot apartments in the $3,000 or more price point.
