The Laguna Beach high school is ideally located in the heart of the downtown area of Laguna Beach which is often referred as "The Village" area. The Village offers a lot of older historic homes that date back to the early part of the 1920's with a variety of architectural styles that include Craftsman, Spanish and Tudor styles. Laguna Beach is basically made up of three different areas that include North Laguna, South Laguna and the Village. The Village offers real estate prices that are between the more affordable South Laguna and the ultra-expensive North Laguna.
