Creekside Condo Community

The Creekside condo community is located near the Aliso Creek area in South Laguna and hence gets it's name from the creek the runs directly below the building as pictured below in white.  These are ocean view condos that located directly down to the Aliso Creek beach area and located at the end of Wesley Drive in Laguna Beach.  The condos were first constructed in 1964 and offer two to three bedroom units.  The average size for these condos will be from 1,355 to 1,600 square feet with great orientation towards the ocean.

The views are simply beautiful as the photo below was taken from a newly listed condo located on the very bottom front row and listed for sale at $849,500.  The condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with 1,355 square feet.  I have personally previewed this condo and it does need a little TLC at this price.  The unit offers one main floor bedroom and two bedroom located downstairs.

Creekside community offers many amenities which include a private path that takes you directly down to the beach.  The entrance to this path is actually located right next to the condo which is now offered for sale.  From this location it's an easy walk to the Montage Resort and Spa.  Association dues currently run $435 a month and include common are maintenance and trash. 

The community is gated and has a manual gate at the entrance as pictured below.  This is controlled by a remote or guests can used the keypad to call you directly to open the gate.  The design is very simplistic with no real signage of the community name so it can be a little hard to find for those locating the complex for the first time.

The top level units have really amazing views as pictured below.  The complex consists of only condos without any community pool, spa or clubhouse.  This keeps the association dues low and creates a quiet living environment. 



Many of the units will have a small deck area that overlooks the ocean.  Each unit is different and various units will have various size decks that can wrap around and be accessed through multiple rooms in the condo.



Underground parking is a huge selling point for this complex.  Most units will come with 2 assigned parking spots with additional storage cabinets as well.  The complex also has a dedicated laudry room as well.
