Coast Hwy Ocean Front Homes

Coast Hwy Ocean front homes start in the South Laguna Beach area right after the Three Arch Bay community and continue up to the historic Moss Point area in Laguna Beach. Laguna Beach is made up of many coves and rock formations allowing a large number of oceanfront homes. The homes located off Coast Hwy are unique as they offer high visibility to the many commuters that go through Laguna Beach every day. The homes are typically multi-level in this location as there is a large bluff and cliffside from the Hwy to the actual beach. The views are simply amazing with direct white water views of the crashing waves and amazing coastline views as pictured below.
The only disadvantage some of these homes may have is direct access to the beach. Many of the older homes do have a winding path that takes you down to the beach which is considered a big selling point in Laguna Beach. We have seen other homes on Coast Hwy that have an elevator shaft that take you directly down to the home from the top of the Coast Hwy location. In the last 365 days we have seen oceanfront properties on Coast Hwy sell between $2,970,000 fixer upper home to a $14,025,000 historic Mansion that sold at auction.

It has amazing views with direct steps down to the beach. The best part of the house beyond the views is an amazing home theather that uses luminescent stone that glows when the lights are down.
