Calliope Villas is a gated condo community located less than 2 blocks to the sandy beach in Laguna Beach, California.  Situated just east of Pacific Coast Highway sits a small three story condo building that is home to 15 luxury condos by the beach.  The complex has a gated entrance from the street level as well as a gated underground entrance for car parking.  The condos range from one to three bedroom units that were built in 1984 and offer 1,267 to 1,800 square feet.  Condo prices currently run $948,880 for a two bedroom, one bath condo.  The last time any of these condos were on the market was in December of 2011.
