Blue Lagoon Laguna Beach Vacation Rentals

We recently had an inquiry for the vacation rental properties located in the Blue Lagoon community. She was inquiring about 64 Blue Lagoon which is a wonderful ocean view unit. All of the condo rentals currently located at the Blue Lagoon are furnished vacation rentals that are rented out on a monthly basis. Prices will vary a lot depending on the size but more importantly the location of the unit in relation to the beach and if the unit has an ocean view or not. Rental prices currently start at $4,250 a month for a two bedroom unit with 1,560 square feet and a courtyard view. Ocean View units currently start at $10,000 a month which will get you a two bedroom condo with an approximate 1,680 square feet. We have put together a screen shot of the five properties that are currently on the market for leases pictured below.
One thing to keep in mind when looking at vacation rental properties here as that a large majority of them will have seasonal rates. What that means is that during the off-season months which are typically the fall and winter months the prices are much lower than the higher season. The most expensive months tend to be June, July & August and sometimes September as well. The one thing you will be asked if you are wanting to rent here is the length of the lease, do you have any pets and how many is in your party. Pets are a big issue with several of the condos requesting no pets while others were more open to it. The normal pet deposit is $500.00 but we have seen this number as high as $2,500 for the length of the stay. We highly recommend booking early, especially for the month of July which tends to be the very first month to be taken.
