The Blue Lagoon condo community is a great place to find short term vacation rental property in the heart of Laguna Beach near the 5 star Montage Resort. This is one of the oldest and iconic gated condo tracts in Laguna Beach that was built in the mid 1960's that offers a good variety of ocean view and oceanfront condos that are located very close to the beach. We receive a lot of calls from clients who are looking to spend one or two months in Laguna Beach and know that this area of Laguna Beach is a prime location that is within walking distance to local shopping, restaurants and stunning beaches.
One of the things to keep in mind when looking for a rental in the Blue Lagoon is that the large majority of these rentals are furnished month-to-month rentals. Very seldom do we see rentals come on the market that are looking for a traditional 12 month lease. The best and most affordable time to rent these condos is during the winter months when rates are much cheaper than the high season summer months.
