The Vacation rental season in Laguna Beach has been really crazy this year in part due to COVID19 which has caused many people to consider staying in a luxury residence this summer. It seems like long gone are the days of jumping on a plane and traveling to a far destination to your favorite vacation spot instead the hottest trend is to find travel destinations that are within a days driving distance. That's what we have seen this summer are a lot of California residents looking to vacation along the beach in many of the beach towns in Southern California. Of course, Laguna Beach is a top destination for many as it's considered one of the most beautiful beach towns along the coast. Due to the high demand this year we have seen a huge surge of clients calling us starting in mid April and through the end of May with last minute vacation rental bookings. For the most part the best properties have already been booked for the month of July but some properties still remain available for the month of August.
A great option for a vacation rental spot are the rentals available at 464 Bent Street which offer wonderful ocean views. It's hard to beat this location as it's just several blocks to the heart of the downtown area filled with great restaurants, retail stores and galleries. Of course, the famous "Main Beach" as pictured below is also located at the downtown area and is only of the most picturesque beaches that is often photographed to represent the city of Laguna Beach. All 3 of the units offer 1 bedroom rentals that still may have some openings this summer. They were listed 12, 19 and 21 days ago and the notes indicate that unit #C is available starting July 31st with a 31 night minimum stay. Unit #B indicates it's available starting August 16th and unit #A available August 1st. It's important to note that vacation rental dates are very fluid and bookings happen all of the time so these available dates may have changed and be no longer available during the dates listed here.
