150 Cleo Street Laguna Beach

One of the most beautiful ocean views in the Village area of Laguna Beach can be found on Cleo Street.  Specifically, 150 Cleo Street offers 3 levels of condos that have some really inspiring ocean views.  The location is at the corner of Sleepy Hollow Lane and Cleo Street on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway.  From this location is just a matter of blocks to the downtown area of Laguna Beach with great restaurants, galleries and boutique retail stores.  This is also the same area as the Main Beach area that tends to be the main hangout spot in Laguna Beach for tourists and locals alike.  Condos rare comes on the market for sale here but there are currently two condos that are on the market for vacation rentals.  Vacation rentals have seen a huge spike in the last four weeks since many clients are tired of home staying in the current home and would rather be residing in a luxury residence during the stay at home order.
